yummy yummy, I swear some actually made it to the tummy.

Avery has had a ton of foods now. We’ve moved onto yogurt, eggs, chicken, and hes even had a little bit of fish.
Thing he does NOT like:
- bok choy
- eggplant
- rice cereal (unless heavily disguised with fruit)
Thing he LOVES:
- yogurt (he really likes this sour, greek one surprisingly, though the yo baby peach is definitely a favorite)
- peaches
- mangos
- plums
Are you sensing a trend here (sweet)? He is a very spoiled baby since I make most of it for him. I mean, in the freezer right now is: apples and figs, avocado and banana, pumpkin (roasted from fresh!) with chicken broth, and fava beans. It’s very easy to do. I wanted to ask the doctor about what we should/should not give him. Of course, I wanted to know about pumpkin seeds and pistachios, and he was like “I have no idea, most people just want to know about normal foods”. Essentially, his advice is just: introduce one thing at a time and wait, different cultures consider different foods taboo for babies. The only thing off the table until a year is honey. I like our doctor.
